Please allow 2 business days to process your order.

 

Delivery Address & PO Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to PO boxes.

At this time, we ship to the following countries: United Kingdom

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been despatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us within 10 working days from the date of despatch at support@theaura.uk with your order number and a photo of your item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
